[c-nsp] inconsistent TLB values

	You should likely stop using the 'vlan database' command
and use the global config mode to create your vlans instead.

	conf t
	vlan 50 
         name LAB
	end

	This wil also help you if you ever replace your
sup/mfsc as the config will contain all your vlans.
