[c-nsp] Subinterfaces on a 6500 Native?

Thanks Pete,

This looks much more like the way its done on a 3750 -- with the 
InterVLAN routing done in the global context. It looks like the 12.1 IOS 
will accept it, but....

My concern is that the subinterfaces (dot interfaces) that you'd 
configure on a normal router aren't working the way the docs suggest 
they should (and as Patrick suggests in the other follow-up).
