[c-nsp] Monitoring 6509 CPU Usage with MRTG

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.57.0 & 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0 should work for 1 & 5 minute
averages on IOS

Cigdem, what happened when you tried using 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0?
