[c-nsp] Disable SNMP for specific interfaces

All,

I there a way to block SNMP notifications for certain interface types?  I
have a couple 7206VXR used for ADSL aggregation.  Each PPPoA connection
creates a virtual-access interface.  I'd like to completely block SNMP for
that interface type.  One of the SNMP monitoring applications we use does
not have the ability to ignore interfaces and there are thousands of DSL PVC
I don't need to monitor.
