[c-nsp] vlan trunking on BSD machines and a little of MPLS

I mean... in distribution layer, there is an emphasize
in switching, and both are switching technic with
different approaches. One is h/w approach, other use
RIB and FIB. But I had no experiences using both
technics, I just read it and think it is better than
using routing technics in distribution layer. And both
had QoS solutions.
