Yes. Note that today it is not "directionful" as in some more recent
IOS, ie, at the moment it affects traffic in both directions across
an interface. Roadmapped ;)
Also note this functionality leverages the ACL TCAM, so it does
interact with other ACL config/features on the interface (may require
a merge, etc).
