[c-nsp] Accessing Resource Manager Essentials >4 via XML

Gah, replying to my own post almost immediately :(

Just found that the servlet 
CSCOnm/servlet/com.cisco.nm.cmf.servlet.DeviceListService doesn't exist 
in RME 4, so basically I need to know what the replacement is.
