Cisco's product is the AVS line
http://www.cisco.com/go/avs
F5's
http://www.f5.com/products/WebAccelerator/
the Juniper DX line, along with f5's big-ip and citrix netscalers do both
web acceleration and serve as a loadbalancer. If you want both features
from cisco you have to combine an AVS with a CSS/CSM or wait until the AVS
module appears in the new ACE module (assuming you have 6500s).
