[c-nsp] BFD

I'm running BFD in somewhat of a test and it's
working just fine on all interfaces except one.
The interface configuration is just like all the
others and include
 bfd interval 150 min_rx 150 multiplier 5
 isis bfd

On one side of this link it works, it shows:
OurAddr       NeighAddr     LD/RD RH  Holdown(mult)  State     Int
85.195.62.105  85.195.62.106   3/0  0   0    (0 )      Fail      Vl2110         

On the other I get nothing, though debug tells me this:

What could possibly be wrong?
