[c-nsp] Is there an ability to remove TACACS via SNMP?

Hi all,
You can use SNMP to upload any config using the CISCO-CONFIG-COPY-MIB, then you can change
the config as you want, removing and re-configuring any TACACS+ part.
But this is very dangerous, if you upload wrong configuration you can loose access to your router...
