They don't in the US? The do over here in Europe.
It's called Cisco Capital.
(But maybe I'm misunderstanding the point).

Well, you can if you are a silver or gold partner...
I work for a small, new silver partner, and we still sometimes
buy from distributors, because they stock significant amounts
of hardware, which we don't. (And Cisco's lead times for even
quite common equipment is simply laughable).
