[c-nsp] Similar %SYS-2-MALLOCFAIL to Cisco 3750ME

Greetings Thomas,
Not specifically on my 3750's, but very similar on a 2800 series.
It was a CPU issue for me - too much stuff configured.
I minimized service polices and removed crypto-related configuration.
Crypto and NBAR were killing my CPU.
After that all was well.
 
I am also using:
ME-C3750-24TE |12.2(25)SEG1 | C3750ME-I5K91-M 
, but have never seen this error.
 
The switch does show a variety of *dead* hulc_flash init and Flashfs Sector
Never enough to exhaust the CPU and/or memory, normal output...
(from "sh memory dead")

I have gotten this error message 2 times and the switch is not responding to  telnet or console.
I have to reboot the system.
