[c-nsp] Deaf Cisco hardware

Why is it deaf?  It has no ears, usually.

Would someone please explain to me why every time Cisco comes out with a 
new model, they also feel a moral imperative to come up with a different 
and incompatible hole pattern for its rack ears?

I think there are at least eight different styles of Cisco rack ears for 
1U hardware alone.  This is my rant of the day.  I'm done now.
