[c-nsp] How to configure a STM-1c

Dear all..
Please could anyone point me out a good link for understanding on how to configure a STM-1C interface?
I have this 2 links

But to be honest I have no experience and no knowledge in configuring SDH interfaces, so please bear with me.
Can I configure Link aggregation with this Canalized interfaces? (MLPPP perhaps?)
How do I know to witch channel my ISP is giving me the service?
Can I configure a line to be an E3?
What means exactly this figure representation?

What are the needed parameters that my ISP should give me?
Please is there any configuration example around?
Some how I found the below information on one router, and well I just do not understand a line of what it says :D
I only know that it generates for me a serial with this parameters: [slot / subslot / 0.1 / <tug-3>]
Please guys, sorry if these questions are dummy and the long email, but in anyways many thanks for your help in advance
