[c-nsp] CatOS third-party SFP support

Does anyone know the command(s) to allow third-party SFPs in CatOS on
6500s (hybrid mode)?

A ton of searching only turned up others wanting the same thing for CatOS.
 In IOS, it would be "service unsupported-transceiver" and disabling the
errdisable GBIC detection.

If it's flat-out impossible in CatOS and always will be, can someone from
Cisco at least say so?  Extra karma for explaining explain why.
