[c-nsp] Quiet switch

We bought two 2940s - one with a SFP port + Fiber and one that was copper
across the board. I don't remember the exact numbers or where I saw the
numbers - but one had more VLANs than other - but it was more that 4. I have
7 VLANs running on my 2940-8TT

If you need more than 4 VLANs, I discovered the switch only seems to
support four when I had one on my desk.
