[c-nsp] ip accounting on 7600

Hello.

I can't find information/documents in regard to on which line cards
it's possibe to use 'ip accounting mac-address {input|output}' on 7600 routers.
I tried it on WS-X6724-SFP, but it seems that packets counted only when they
came through MSFC. Is it work on OSM or SPA cards?

Current configuration is WS-SUP720-3B/WS-F6K-PFC3BXL with 12.2(18)SXF.
