[c-nsp] %BCM-4-ECC_MEMORY: Corrected ECC from memory

I'm getting *Sep 28 23:10:53.412: %BCM-4-ECC_MEMORY: Corrected ECC  
from memory  errors on my 7206VXR/NPE-G1.  This is bad right?  I  
should probably replace the RAM on it?  Are there any tests I can do   
while the system is running to figure out which memory DIMM is bad?
