[c-nsp] Counting number of PPPoE/PPPoA connections terminated on Cisco 7206VXR

That's been suggested to me privately, but when I issue a VPDN command from
the CLI it lists just the PPPoE sessions, not the PPPoA ones. I'm guessing
the MIB reflects the same output. And I don't use L2TP to receive my
traffic, so that doesn't help me either.
