No. Most specific prefix always wins.

Subject
[c-nsp] Local pref vs more specific route

Hey all,

If I have a router with two upstreams and on ISP A I get only the
default route and ISP B I get a full view. Will setting the local pref
higher on the default route make bgp choose that over the more specific
routes that come from ISP B?

Thanks
