[c-nsp] Multicast address translation

Thanks a lot Tom,

actually I am thinking about the first one: "service reflection", but I
don`t get any information in the CCO. I was checking the release note of
12.3T and  I don't find anything about it.

 Could you please would be so kind to send me the url that explain
something about "service reflection" ?
