Yes, subject to not having a faulty card blow up your PSUs etc.
Each side has 2 separate cybus unconnected to the other half - 4 in total.
So you will not get bus stalls or other 7500 wierdness from doing this.

Yes. Other than sharing the same chassis and PSUs, they are 2 entirely
separate routers.
I didn't expect to see questions about 7576 these days as it has been EOS for
~5 years or so now :-)
