I'd consider this "good practice". On a p2p interface, it will end up
the same in the CEF tables - but when looking at the configuration, it's
immediately clear "out *that* interface".
Further benefit: you'll never end up in funny situations when that
interface happens to be down, but you'll receive the next-hop IP by
some dynamic routing protocol (so the static still gets installed, but
points in a completely different direction)...
