12.0S and 12.2S don't follow the same paradigm "only fix bugs, don't
add new features" that 12.2-main and 12.3-main follow.
And yes, we've been bitten by 12.2S upgrades as well.
But nobody is recommending to use an IOS with *letters* in it anyway...
