your best bet is to 1) load an image into your bootflash:
that supports reading/booting ATA images.
2) go get a CF <-> PCMCIA adapter, they're around $5-$10
3) get yourself an old 32 or 64m CF card and install it in
the adapter, format disk0/disk1.
