[c-nsp] new 8-port 10 G bade

Looks like the 8-port 10G module uses X2 optics, there was me hoping
Cisco would jump on the XFP bandwagon.

That is correct.  If you don't have the correct fan try in, it will give
you a warning akin to "Shutting down in 4 minutes."
