Not sure about European-wide, but I believe these bits apply for B2B as
well as B2C transactions in the UK:
1. Sale of Goods Act 1979.
2. Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
3. Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.
4. The Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.
I'm not a solicitor so don't quote me on that. :)
