[c-nsp] SIP algorithm

Hi folks,

We have many customers with 851 routers who use Linksys PAP2 connected
Vonage Network, I have read about SIP algorithm, but and I would like
to understand it very well, according to cisco documentation both
methods optimizes the media path when NAT is used. Can anyone explain
me that method is most useful ?
ip nat piggyback-support sip all-messages router ID
or
ip nat piggyback-support sip sdp-only router ID
