[c-nsp] how to make all traffic flow through central node in MPLS-VPN?

hi,

  One  customer ask us to establish MPLS-VPN accross
multiple ASes. There are about 76 node distributed in
10 ASes.  They want to set up their central checkpoint
of all traffic inside the MPLS VPN, means: traffic
between any point should pass their central node,
which will do traffic policing or shaping.

  CPE in their central site is a Cisco 72xx router
with a Catalyst4507. 

  Could that be possible ?  Is there any document on
it?
