IPV6 and IP Multicast use 2 entry in tcam for a single route, so
512K+256*2 = 1M, by default sup 720 use forwarding tcam as follow:
sh mls cef maximum-routes
FIB TCAM maximum routes :
=======================
Current :-
-------
IPv4 + MPLS         - 512k (default)
IPv6 + IP Multicast - 256k (default)

You can tune up this behaviour with mls cef maximum-routes {ip |
ip-multicast | ipv6 | mpls} in conf t, but this require router reload.
