That's because dCEF needs to build forwarding table in VIP2-50, and
VIP2-50 doesn't have enough memory to have all routing table imported
into Forwarding table.
If you really needs dCEF feature, you have to upgrade VIP2-50 memory.
I believe VIP2-50 can be upgraded to 128MB DRAM, and 8MB SRAM.
