[c-nsp] Mysterious 2924 reboots

Hi,

	Yea, but thats at a totally different site, hasn't shown the issues. That
was only to show that thats the most recent IOS I have a copy of. I loaded it onto
my #2 router, the one that usually won't come back for hours/days... If, or more
like when, it reboots we'll see if this makes things any better.
