[c-nsp] Real time SNMP Counters for subinterfaces (12.2(33)SR)

Good evening,

I'm trying to retrieve real-time interface counters. For physical  
interfaces, this works fine and I get new values every second. But  
for subinterfaces, the counters seem to update only once every ~8th  
second.
The OIDs I use are: .1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6. and . 
1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.10.
