Its your DSL firmware that doesnt seem to train with the DSLAM. Take a
look at "sh dsl int atm0" and determine the software version.

You can get newer releases via 

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/800

or use a newer IOS (12.4(13a) delivers 4.10.1).

Simply place the file on the flash, the router uses the new firmware
instead of the integrated one. The latest for the 836 seems to be
4.10.9, the release notes says

CSCsc83444: C836 not train at Siemens DSLAM  32,  64 port High
Density Line card.

was fixed.
