[c-nsp] 7204vxr freeze-up question

Can you get it in that condition and get a 'sh controller' and
'show int'?

It sounds like the ingress rx driver is locking up.

Try the latest 12.4 mainline code (12.4(16)) if you have it in the
lab and see if it's there too.
