[c-nsp] FWSM blocking multicast traffic between two hosts in same Vlan?

We ran into a similar problem with the FWSM.   We found out that having
both an IGMP joiner and a multicast source on the same side of the FWSM
is unsupported.  Check out bug CSCsg51266.
