[c-nsp] NM-16ESW Problem

I'm confused... there is no GigE ports on these cards .. the link you sent
refers to much older hardware - is there something I still need to do on
newer hardware to "stack" them together?

Remember You need to "stack" etherswitch modules together if they're
installed in one chassis. If You don't do this - various things will
happen:
