[c-nsp] Alignment erros on 2801 with 12.4(18)

Hi!

I have a 2801 router with 12.4(18). The router shows me alignment errors.

Any Ideas, what that means ?
Could alignment errors be hardware failures ? 
I asked that, because I have the alignment erros with 12.4(13c), 17a and 18.
With another 2801 I do not have this erros.
