[c-nsp] Something like MTR, but forced path

Hi Tuc,

Not a perfect solution... you can open multiple xterm and each
fire up a mtr to one of the IPs you are interested.  mtr has an
option (-f? I don't remember exactly) allow you to specify hop n
to start your ping.
