[c-nsp] BGP local-as to force EBGP instead of IBGP

Hi.

Is it possible to use
local-as(http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/459/39.html) to establish a
session to a router within its own AS (as stated in "router bgp") ?

It would look like this:
router bgp 100
 neighbor 192.168.1.2 local-as 200
 neighbor 192.168.1.2 remote-as 100

The idea is to enroll in a MP-BGP VPN using AS 100, but still make
IPv4 announcements using AS 200.

Thanks,
Rubens
