[c-nsp] Cisco 877 and Alcatel DSLAM

Hi all,

I'm trying to use a Cisco 877 with Alcatel ISAM 7302 Dslam,
I'm running c870-advsecurityk9-mz.124-4.T4.bin on the Cisco, I cannot get 
connected while with a Huawei DSLAM it's Ok.

Do the Alcatel DSLAM need anything else in config?
