[c-nsp] Tunnel PPTP

I would like to create a L2Tp tunnel between a 806 Cisco and a Cisco 7206. 

somebody has some example?

supports to L2TP my Cisco 806?

Eusebio,

There is no support for "compulsory tunneling" - i.e. initiating the tunnel. Cisco devices can only terminate PPTP tunnels initiated from remote.
I would recommend you look at an L2TP solution.
