[c-nsp] Tunnel shutting down when I "ip route"

Hi,

	I'd like to thank everyone who publicly or privately emailed me about
this. I add the statements and I think its making it to the other end, but
I can't be sure.

	When I try to trace to something on that network, I get as far
as the end of the IPSEC/GRE tunnel, but then it stops. I'm not sure
if the actual end point is getting it, unfortunately the only machine
there I can run tcpdump on is down.
