[c-nsp] PDSN RADIUS-based Bandwidth Management

Hi all.

Is there a RADIUS attribute/configuration we can pass to a Cisco 
router running a PDSN IOS feature set that will allow us to set 
connection bandwidth via users' RADIUS profiles alone?

Device is 7206-VXR, RADIUS is Radiator.
