Do you intend on a "passive" solution, doing the wavelength colouring 
yourself (i.e buying coloured SFPs) or do you require an "active" 
solution (i.e the use of a colouring transponder) to do this for you.

Either way, many manafacturers produce such equipment, a quick search 
turns up a document from brocade:

Pages 44-46 provide lists of vendor "passive" solutions (in this 
instance the brocade kit is using coloured SFPs)

If you are looking for somebody cost effective who provide passive 
boxes, coloured SFPs and "active" transponding units (converters) , I've
