Check out "show proc cpu" to see 1) if interrupt or processes is causing
the higher CPU; and 2) if it is processes, which ones.

If you suspect OSPF after that, check out "sh ip ospf statistics detail" to
see how often (and why) SPF is running and how many (and which) LSAs are
changing.  This will tell you what's going on with OSPF.
