I believe some newer IOS images will allow Netflow exports to more than 
one destination.  The other option is use a separate box as a Netflow 
multiplexer using something like 'samplicator', then point your Netflow 
exports to a UDP port on this box.  You can then have that box replicate 
the data to multiple destinations (other flow collectors, etc).

Google for samplicator and you should find a good bit of information.
