[c-nsp] OSPF session establishment problem

Hi All,

I'm having some difficulties in setting up an OSPF session (non-backone
'normal' area) between Catalyst 6500 and Alcatel Omnicore 5022. The
session just stucks in the INIT state. All the debugs do not say
anything suspiocius. As soon as i move vlan used for this communication
from Catalyst to Juniper and configure there OSPF, the session goes to
FULL and everything works as it should. Have to say that i have no
problems with other OSPF sessions on the Cat 6500. I also moved the
problematic OSPF area (and vlan of course) to Catalyst 3560, but it
behaves exactly the same as Cat. 6500 (stuck in the INIT).
Are there any 'well known' issues connected with this kind of
environment?
Any hint would be more than useful :)

TIA,

PS:
There are no tricky issues related to the mentioned session (simple
neighbor relationship over non-restricted area 1.1.1.1), so i skip the
config.
