Blowing out all the dust and reseating the RAM and flash modules might fix it. Maybe something got loose during the move.

Subj:[c-nsp] Data Bus Error exception on a AS5300
I just moved a AS5300 that's been powered up for a few years from one
rack to another. I also replaced the AC PSU with a refurbished DC PSU
(Cisco refurb through distribution). (On a side note here, has anyone
else ever noticed how much of a PITA it is to replace a 5300 PSU? The
5350 is so much easier) The 5300 is in an endless loop of crashing. It
doesn't always crash at the same spot either. Usually it crashes within
a second or two of starting the image decompression. A couple times it
has completed that process, displayed the IOS legalease text, spit out a
log message (like %SYS-3-LOGGER_FLUSHING) and then crashed.
