[c-nsp] IGMP on WinXP broken ?

Hi All,

this may be slightly off topic, but its likely that a bunch of people here
may have come across this issue.

Ive been working with multicast with a number of receivers and sources on
various OS and all works ok.

However it seems that WinXP has recently broken its IGMP code. recent
meaning about a month or so.  The symptoms I see are that WinXP does not
refresh the IGMP membership periodically, and does not fall back to IGMP
v2.

Everything works fine with other windows boxes (Win2k etc..), so im curious
if anyone else is seeing issues with IGMP on WinXP
